Fees

We take 7% of every paid ticket. That is the whole fee, and there is nothing else.

The price you set is the price your buyer pays. We add nothing at checkout, so the number on your listing is the number that leaves their account.

We hold the money until the event has happened, then release it to your payout account. If your event splits revenue between musicians, each share comes out of what is left after our 7%.

Free events cost nothing, and neither do tickets you never sell.

Refund a ticket and the buyer gets the full face value back. Our fee goes with it. We do not keep a fee on a ticket that did not stand.

By publishing a paid event you agree that we deduct 7% of each ticket's face value before paying you. Buyers pay the ticket price and nothing more.
